Domestic (Delivery within the United Kingdom)
The free delivery option: Normally dispatched within 3 - 5 working days and delivered by Royal Mail however we might at times use other companies.
Rest of world (International Standard)
International items are generally delivered within two weeks, although this can be longer at peak times and may be subject to customs delay at the destination country.
Claims for lost mail will only be accepted after 28 days has passed from date of dispatch for uk mainland and 40 days international locations.
We are unable to dispatch an order until we receive confirmation that the payment has been cleared. Please note we are unable to accept payment by cash or cheque.
Foiled stickers and customised goods: Those items normally require a little longer to prepare. Please allow a few days for us to prepare your order for dispatch.
Import duty and local taxes
Orders for delivery outside of the United Kingdom may be liable for import duty/tax on entering your country. The amount of duty (if any) are dependant on the type of product and order value. Any charges for customs clearance/import duty are to be paid by the customer.
