Cancellation & Returns

Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within seven working days. Custom works may take longer, up to 14 working days, however this will be dependent on your request and we will communicate with you around expected processing and dispatch time frames.

Returning your item because you've changed your mind
Please contact us with your proof of purchase within 35 days and we will provide you with instructions for returning your items back to us.
Your items must be unused and in original condition including all accessories.
Please include your order number or a copy of the sales invoice inside any packages you are returning to us.

Returning your item because it is defective
Please contact us and we will arrange for replacements to be sent and work with you to resolve the issue.

Order Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number and we will attempt to cancel your order however this cannot be guaranteed as your order might have already left our site and handed over to our delivery partner.

If we are unable to cancel your order please contact us after your order has arrived and refund will be arranged once all the items have been returned in a unused and in original condition.
Please include your order number or a copy of the sales invoice inside any packages you are returning to us.

Duty/Import Charges
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes due, this might require a payment to the carrier before the goods can be delivered.
