When visiting or placing an order at Oodlemadoodles.com the following terms and conditions will apply.

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be published at oodlemadoodles.com/pages/terms

Standard Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within five working days unless agreed otherwise in advance by contacting our customer support team.

Next Day Delivery  (Royal Mail Tracked 24 option)
We aim to dispatch orders the next working day or same day if the order can be processed and printed by 2pm however this might not always be possible.

Definitions
Product, Item or Goods means a product or group of items offered for sale

We or us means Oodlemadoodles the seller of goods offered on this website
You or user means the person visiting this website today such as yourself
Cookies means information (sessionid cookie and others) stored on your computer
Browser means the software used to view, access and otherwise interact with our website


Printing output/colour

Our printers use CMYK standard for print processing however most web graphics are in RGB standard normally. While we will convert the colours on all artwork processed, we recommend that artwork is converted by the customer before sending the artwork to us to verify how the artwork colours should look.

On acceptance of your order you agree that oodlemadoodles can convert any uploaded artwork to an acceptable format that might result in slight changes in size/colours.

Order Processing
Once the checkout processing is complete and your order has been submitted to us, an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered will be sent to your email address provided during checkout. Please note that this email is not an order acceptance from oodlemadoodles

We will not be obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, in event that an item is no longer available we will contact you to discuss alternatives options.

On acceptance of your order you agree to oodlemadoodles sharing the details provided by you at the checkout process with our fulfilment partners for the purpose of providing the goods and/or service to you.

For artwork provided to oodlemadoodles by you, acceptance of your order will be completed once we have finished processing your artwork and have resolved any design challenges ready for printing.

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch of your order unless cancelled before the despatch time.

Oodlemadoodles accepts no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

We always try our best to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate however errors can occur. In event of an error being identified we will inform you as soon as possible to offer a revised price or cancelling the item for a part refund.

Delivery

United Kingdom
In the rare event of non-delivery of an order or items that are missing sent to addresses within the United Kingdom, you agree to report to those problems to us within 7 days from the date of despatch.

International
In the rare event of non-delivery of an order or items that are missing sent to addresses outside of the United Kingdom, you agree to report to those problems to us within 30 days from the date of despatch.

Any claims for damage or missing items must be accompanied with pictures of all packaging received. Any packaging should be retained until any investigation is concluded otherwise any claim will be refused.

Packages delivered by our delivery partner which appear to be damaged must be signed for as such at time of delivery or refused and returned to sender. Damaged items or packages must be reported to oodlemadoodles (via our contact form) within 24 hours of receipt.

Replacement items will be despatched at our discretion after any investigation is concluded with our delivery partner.


Cancellations
Please contact us as soon as possible quoting your order number and we will attempt to cancel your order however this cannot be guaranteed as your order might have already been handed over to our delivery partner.

You must return any items to us at your own cost. Returned items must be unused and in original condition including all accessories. We recommend that you adequately insure the items and include your order number or a copy of the sales invoice inside.


Special Discounts & Gift cards

Vouchers/codes are issued as an electronic code and expire 28 days after issue unless stated otherwise. All gift cards have an expiration date of 12 months from date of purchase.


Duty/Import Charges

We will not be responsible for any customs and import taxes due, this might require a payment to the carrier before the goods can be delivered.
