We would like all our customers to enjoy their shopping experience and receiving your goods is an important part of this process.
Depending on the type of products you order there may be different time requirements to prepare your order for dispatching.
We are unable to dispatch an order until we receive confirmation that
the payment has been cleared. Please note we are unable to
accept payment by cash or cheque.
Items that are made-to-order or customised: Please allow a few days for us to prepare your order. An estimate is given in the product description.
For Items held in-stock: Please allow up to 3
working days for your order to arrive after dispatch. Orders are
dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You need to have ordered
by midnight the day before to guarantee dispatch on these days.
(excluding Bank Holidays)
If the Monday was a bank holiday then your order will be dispatched on the Wednesday of the same week.
Your order will be sent using Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the size and weight of the items. It is sometimes required to split orders into multiple packages. In such event the packages may not arrive together on the same day.
Priority & International Priority options
When selected at the checkout we will dispatch your order within 48 hours and for customers within the United Kingdom delivery time is next working day (Not guaranteed). International delivery time is normally 5 – 10 working days.
This is the fastest delivery speed available from us.
Domestic (Delivery within the United Kingdom)
The free delivery option: Normally sent using 2nd class or 48-hour services.
Royal Mail Special Delivery
Please contact us to check stock before ordering as some items we sell will need to be prepared in advance and we might require extra time to allow for this.
Rest of world (International Standard)
items are generally delivered within two weeks, although this can be

All orders being sent to the united states will now be sent tracked and as a result of the additional costs, the shipping charge has increased.
This change was due to a large increase in the number of items being claimed as lost and was no longer viable for us to continue with the old service.
Collecting your orders from us
Sorry but at this time we are unable to offer a collection service
for customers to collect orders directly from our warehouse. We are
looking for a new location where this can be made possible.
